Women in the Shelter and The Healing Place need basic undergarments for everyday life. These items help meet basic needs, maintain dignity, and support their journey toward stability and healing.

Please purchase brand new items to make a package for a resident that includes the following: 2 sports bras, 1 set of light blue scrubs (you may purchase from our Amazon Wishlist), 3 pairs of underwear, 2 pairs of ankle socks, and one pair of shower shoes. 

Once assembled, please drop off the cleaning kits at the CARITAS Center (2220 Stockton Street, Richmond, VA 23224) between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday. 

This opportunity is completed off-site, and volunteers are responsible for assembling and delivering the cleaning kits to the CARITAS Center. Each kit counts for 1 hour of community service.
